I am a IT Support Technician at Synergy-UK, which means I assist on the helpdesk whilst learning the ins and out of IT. You’re likely to hear my voice when you drop us a call.

Working in the IT industry has always been a passion of mine and I’m so happy that Synergy has offered me a position here to grow and develop with them. My daily tasks are providing IT assistance for our customers, as well as diagnosing issues that they may have with their equipment or software. Before beginning my journey with Synergy-UK, I was a college student through Covid, where I finished college and took up a temporary position with Royal Mail as a Postie. In my free time, I enjoy making memories with my partner by visiting different places for sightseeing. Also, I LOVE food and trying different things and cultures.
